We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification. This page sets out where we are and how to tell us when something does not work.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most widely used to judge whether a website is usable by people with disabilities.
What we have done
Specific things addressed on this site:
Every image carries alternative text, and images that are the only content of a link describe where the link goes rather than being left silent.
Interactive controls are reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
Tap targets on phones and tablets meet the minimum recommended size.
Text and background colours were chosen for contrast, and the page does not scroll sideways on a small screen.
Headings follow a single logical order on every page, with one first-level heading per page.
Animation respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third-party services, including embedded maps, and we do not control how those behave. If a map is not usable for you, call us on 212 695-3157 and we will give you directions or take your location over the phone.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Email info@a1towingnyc.com or call 212 695-3157 and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We will respond and, where we can, fix it.
Our service itself does not depend on this website. Everything here can be arranged by phone, 24 hours a day.
